Special Teams
Armed Drill Team
The Armed Drill Team is a special team that consists of a group of cadets that march in unison. The cadets use exhibition rifles to create a marching performance and compete.
Unarmed Drill Team
The Unarmed Drill Team is a special team that consists of a group of cadets that march in unison. Unarmed Drill cadets also use hand movements, but are restricted to no equipment. These cadets perform marching sequences in competition.
Color Guard
The Color Guard Team is a special team that consists of 4 cadets. Each cadet is assigned a specific role: Texas flag-bearer, American flag-bearer, left rifle bearer, or right rifle bearer. Cadets march in unison and compete.
Raider
The Raider Team is a special team that consists of a group of cadets that exercise regularly and compete in physical fitness competitions. (Running, push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups)
Air Rifle
The Air Rifle Team is a special team that consists of a group of cadets that shoot air rifles competitively for a score reaching up to 300
Orienteering
The Orienteering Team is a special team that consists of groups of cadets that engage in map reading, compass reading, and other outdoor navigation techniques to coordinate a goal.
Saber Guard
The Saber Guard Team is a special team that consists of a group of cadets that typically introduce special events for the JROTC program.
JLAB Team
The JLAB Team is a special team that consists of a group of cadets who compete in 2 teams, them being the academic and leadership teams.
